RETURN POLICY
Please note: We do not accept returns. Exchange is possible only in case of a defect, reported within 7 days of delivery.
SHIPPING POLICY:
We try to ship all the orders within four business days. Tracking numbers, if available, will be sent on WhatsApp on the day of the shipping to the WhatsApp number and address provided by the customer. We aim to dispatch the orders within 4 working days from the day order is received. Customers will be contacted by e-mail OR mobile if there is any such problem related to processing the order or shipping the product on time.
For COD orders: The convenience fee of Rs 100/- will be added to the order value.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
ALL PRODUCTS GO THROUGH A QUALITY CHECK BEFORE DISPATCH. HOWEVER, IN THE RARE CASE THAT YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER ALONG WITH CLEAR IMAGES OF THE PRODUCT ON + 91 9028599549.
